Ivory watered faille makes up this classic vintage 1960s short wedding/cocktail dress by Harry Keiser. It features a darted bodice with wide neckline and back full zipper. Skirt is fairly full. The dress is in very good condition, but there are flaws: one is that the shoulders have a darkened line at the top and the hem was let down which shows a line. So it may be best for costume or design. There are no other flaws.
