Vintage Vuokko Suomi Finland dress in finest blue wool with a taupe or gray horizontal stripe "yoke". It has a snap front closure, two huge patch pockets, and a puffy waistband. Huge armholes and 3/4 one-piece sleeves, cuffed but no snaps. It does have one moth hole of 1/4" on the front snap closure band near the hem. Otherwise excellent.
